1. Payment terms?
Normally 30% advance payment, and the balance have to paid against documents.
L/C, Paypal, Western Union are acceptable.
2. How to get sample?
Sample will be provided in condition that:
Sample request less than 200*200mm can be sent for quality test in free of charge .
Sample delivery cost will be at buyer's account.
3. When to start production?
Right after our bank confirms the arrival of the L/C or the advance payment.
4. Delivery Leadtime
Leadtime is around 2-3 weeks per container.
5. Packaging
Packing in export standard quality wooden crates hardboard carton boexs or pallet based on request.
6. Guarantee & Claim?
Replacement or repair will be done when any manufacturing defect found in production or packaging.

7. Packaging details？
After many times test, we developed the safest method to pack the products. We will use strong seaworthy and fumigated wooden crates. In case any damages incurred, please send us a claim with pictures attached as soon as possible (no later than 72hours). We will dispatch our carrier to do inspection. After necessary review/verification, the damage belongs to original defects or our packing fault, we will arrange to replacement parts for you.
